Phase 1: two sellable tiers plus one charter designation. Phase 2: adds a premium third tier.

Priced against Triangle pole and boutique fitness market, with Charlotte pole comparables as regional reference. Simple enough to explain in one sentence.

Phase 1 tiers

Access · $199/month

The way most Triangle members enter STUDIO NOIR.

Includes: - Unlimited group classes (pole, movement, mobility) - Prosecco at the door - Concierge greeting by name - Access to booking software (Mariana Tek) with 48-hour advance booking window - One monthly guest pass (guest signs waiver, attends a beginner class)

Excludes (added at Phase 2 flagship): - Recovery wing access - Private studio rentals - Personal training

Signup fee: $0 during pre-launch and for the first 6 months of operations. $150 signup fee afterward.

Contract: month-to-month after a 30-day minimum. No annual commitment.

Studio · $349/month

The core tier. Access plus perks.

Includes everything in Access, plus: - Named locker - Priority booking window (72 hours in advance vs 48 for Access) - Two monthly guest passes - 15% discount on any merch drop - Invitation to quarterly members’ events - One monthly private lesson (30-min semi-private with an instructor, subject to availability)

Excludes (added at Phase 2 flagship): - Recovery wing access - Private studio room rentals - Personal training packages

Signup fee: $0 during pre-launch and for the first 6 months. $250 signup fee afterward.

Contract: month-to-month after a 60-day minimum.

The Founders (charter designation, not a sellable tier)

The first 30 members. Capped forever at 30.

What The Founders get: - Studio tier rate locked at $349/month for life (protects against future price increases) - Founder’s signed folio at intake (paper letter from Taj) - In-person introduction to Taj - Named on the founders’ plaque installed at Phase 2 flagship - First seat at every future STUDIO NOIR event, including THE NOIR INVITATIONAL when it launches - Once per year, a limited apparel piece not available for sale to anyone else

How to become a Founder: - Sign up before opening day (charter cohort target: 15 to 25 members) - Any remaining slots up to 30 fill from the first 12 months of operations - Once we hit 30 Founders, the door closes on that designation forever

Not sold. Given. The Founders is a status recognition, not a pricing tier. Members holding it always pay Studio tier ($349/month), never more.

Phase 2 additions (2029-2030 flagship)

Black Card · $999/month

Introduced only when the amenities exist to justify the price.

Includes everything in Studio, plus: - Full recovery wing access (sauna, cold plunge, steam, contrast) - Two monthly private cabana bookings (60-min blocks) - Four monthly personal training sessions - Priority booking window (96 hours in advance) - 25% discount on merch - Concierge services (booking coordination, external experience referrals, event RSVP handling) - Access to Black Card programming (quarterly members-only dinner with Taj, private previews)

Signup fee: $2,500.

Contract: 12-month term at signup, month-to-month renewal.

Not launched Phase 1. The Phase 1 boutique does not have recovery amenities or private cabanas. Adding a $999 tier without them would be dishonest and would erode trust.

Pricing rationale (RDU)

Triangle comparables:

Regional reference (Charlotte): Pole Body & Arts Platinum Unlimited $175/mo is the Carolinas pole-market ceiling. Nothing in NC breaks $200/mo for pole today.

STUDIO NOIR Access at $199 sits below Solidcore’s ceiling and delivers a distinctive luxury pole product Solidcore does not offer.

STUDIO NOIR Studio at $349 replaces the class-pass math of a pole studio + boutique studio + spa membership that would run $500+ per month combined.

STUDIO NOIR Black Card (Phase 2) at $999 has no direct Triangle comparable. Reference is Aman-adjacent membership pricing (which does not exist anywhere in the Carolinas yet).

Revenue at Phase 1 base case (60 members, end of Year 1)

At 80 members (Phase 1 stretch): - Access: 48 x $199 = $9,552 - Studio: 32 x $349 = $11,168 - Total: 80 members, $20,720/month

Freezes, cancellations, transfers

• Freeze: up to 60 days per year (medical, travel, family emergency). $25/mo freeze fee for Access, $49 for Studio.
• Cancellation: 30-day written notice after the minimum term. No exit fee.
• Transfer: memberships are non-transferable but a member can gift a 14-day trial pass to a named individual once per calendar year.

Guest passes

• Access: 1 per month, non-cumulative
• Studio: 2 per month, non-cumulative
• The Founders (charter status): 3 per month, non-cumulative

Every guest signs a waiver at the concierge before entering. Guests are limited to Foundations-level or Fundamentals classes only (safety for pole beginners; guests are not booked into advanced classes without a trial private lesson first).

Waitlist and cap mechanic

Once membership hits 100 (Phase 1 stretch cap), the tier closes to new signups and moves to a waitlist. Waitlist members are notified when a slot opens.

The cap serves the brand: the story that STUDIO NOIR is not for everyone is true because the room is not for everyone. It also protects the member experience (class fill stays comfortable, private lesson slots stay available).

Phase 2 raises the cap to whatever the flagship supports (300 to 600 depending on final buildout).

Corporate memberships

Phase 2: corporate blocks of 6+ get 10% off dues (Studio tier only, Black Card not available on corporate rate).
