STUDIO NOIRCONTENT LIBRARY

STUDIO NOIR · Content Library

Phase 1: short-form only. Social content produced by Tia (IG posts, reels, monthly email). No class recordings.

Phase 2: build the library as classes and events are recorded.

Phase 3: full library licensed to digital members and THE NOIR INVITATIONAL fans.

Phase 1 content library

Tia’s content stack per [[project-content-stack]]: - Monthly IG carousels (editorial, brand-forward) - Weekly IG stories from Taj - Monthly buildout reels (once construction begins) - Monthly member email - Cross-post to Nomad Society channels

No class recordings, no video-on-demand, no member-facing content library Phase 1.

Storage: Google Drive + local backup. Small volume.

Phase 2 content library (starts building at flagship)

Once the Phase 2 flagship opens with broadcast infrastructure: - Every class is optionally recorded (member consent required to appear) - Weekly class recordings archived - Guest instructor residencies fully documented - Special events (member salons, seasonal ceremonies) recorded - Founder content series (Taj-hosted conversations with athletes and creators) - Buildout retrospective content (looking back at Phase 1 → Phase 2 growth story)

Library grows organically Phase 2. Access limited to members Phase 2 (not sold as separate digital product yet).

Storage: Vimeo Enterprise or Frame.io (professional video hosting).

Phase 3 content library (licensable)

Once THE NOIR INVITATIONAL launches (Phase 2 Year 2, so Phase 3 as a licensable library): - Full THE NOIR INVITATIONAL archive (all annual events, multi-camera) - Curated masterclasses (by athletes who competed) - Signature choreography sequences (with permission) - Interviews and behind-the-scenes documentaries

Phase 3 licensing options: - Sold as premium tier of STUDIO NOIR Digital membership - Licensed to third-party streaming platforms - Sold to broadcast partners (potential Amazon Prime, YouTube Live, or similar)

Full Phase 3 content library commercialization plan rebuilt in 2032.
