STUDIO NOIRB2B STRATEGY

STUDIO NOIR · Corporate Wellness Strategy

Phase 1: not offered. Soft outreach only (relationship-building conversations with RTP tech + finance anchors).

Phase 2: full B2B corporate wellness product launched with flagship.

Phase 3: multi-city scaled B2B through franchise system.

Phase 1: soft outreach only

Phase 1 boutique cannot deliver corporate wellness at scale. Reasons: - 60-80 member cap doesn’t leave room for corporate blocks - No recovery amenities to differentiate the corporate offering - Small footprint can’t host corporate wellness days - No dedicated B2B salesperson

What Phase 1 does: informal conversations with RDU anchor accounts (Cisco, IBM, Epic Games, Red Hat, Fidelity Cary, MetLife, Duke Health, UNC Health) to build the relationship for Phase 2 activation. Trill handles these personally.

Phase 1 output: 3-5 warm relationships planted, no signed contracts.

Phase 2 corporate wellness (preserved for reference)

Rebuilt in 2028 alongside Phase 2 hiring (Marketing Manager, B2B Sales Lead) and Phase 2 buildout.

Phase 2 strategic thesis

Corporate wellness spend became fiduciary after 2020, not perk. C-suite retention and executive wellness are budget lines. The RTP tech and finance corridor sits on real wellness dollars looking for a venue that reflects their brand.

STUDIO NOIR Phase 2 flagship is that venue.

Phase 2 offering structure

Four tiers (rebuilt in 2028): - Foundation ($15K/yr): basic corporate wellness access, up to 20 employee guest passes annually - Department ($25K/yr): wellness programming for one department, monthly on-site classes - Company ($75K/yr): unlimited employee guest passes, corporate wellness day quarterly, executive membership perks - Signature ($150K+/yr): bespoke wellness program, executive concierge, THE NOIR INVITATIONAL corporate box, TWG content collaboration
