Tier 1: Foundation ($15K/year)
What’s included: - 20 employee guest passes annually (for wellness days or executive access) - Discounted individual memberships for company employees (10% off Studio tier) - Access to invitation-only corporate wellness events at STUDIO NOIR

Tier 2: Department ($25K/year)
What’s included: everything in Foundation, plus: - One dedicated department gets on-site wellness programming quarterly - Monthly team classes at STUDIO NOIR - 40 employee guest passes annually - 5 executive complimentary Studio memberships
Target buyer: mid-size firms (100-500 employees), regional offices of larger companies.
Tier 3: Company ($75K/year)
What’s included: everything in Department, plus: - Unlimited employee guest passes - Corporate wellness days quarterly (private buyout of parts of the flagship) - 15 executive complimentary Studio memberships - Priority access for corporate events at the flagship (booking priority) - Custom wellness programming (curated by Head of Programming)
Target buyer: large firms (500-2,000 employees), corporate HQs with meaningful wellness budgets (BofA, Truist regional).
Tier 4: Signature ($150K+/year, bespoke)
